Influx

These things I write. These emotions I have been given the gift to evoke. I have at my disposal descriptors for nearly every possible emotional-experiential influx.

I can make the words I choose become motion pictures in your minds; make every feeling so gruelingly real that you are forced to feel it. I will chain you to my muse and tied to my dream, my nightmare – you will fly and you will cry.

Something is seriously wrong with me.

Intermingled between my posts there are drafts. Some I chose not to publish and others I started but never completed. In that mix I have an unfinished post: Beware the man who writes. I wrote it for a very good reason. One I somehow can’t recall right now.

  1. Nothing more annoying than typing out a comment, hitting post and having it disappear. ! I said something like…

Something must be seriously wrong with me.

Oh. My first comment didn’t disappear like I thought.

‘A little insane’ I definitely agree with that. (Finished that draft btw so thanks for the nudge.)

    • Glad I could help haha and I may be a bit more insane than the average writer/human

Oh, you help more than you know. 😉 Wait, does that make me crazier than you?

I’m teasing sorta. But seriously, if you’re more insane than the average writer/human then you must keep that part locked away. Like in all *your* drafts maybe?

      • Yeah haha sometimes I read a draft and ask myself…am I really ready to put that out there in the world? Invariably (thus far) I am not 😉

I’m thinking you need a secret blog and a pseudonym. I’ll even let you use my ‘man with quill’ picture in exchange for the link. You could call yourself Faust. 😀

      • I’ve actually got a couple of other blogs, I usually only update curro though. I’ve got one that I need to work on more, it’s from the ‘journal’ of the protagonist from my main series of novels.
